A newly constructed contemporary bungalow conceived as a calm, immersive retreat, where modern architecture and tropical landscape exist in quiet harmony. Framed by layered greenery and strong linear forms, the home balances clean geometry with warmth, texture, and natural materiality. Expansive glazing, double height volumes, and intentional sight lines create a seamless dialogue between interior and exterior living.
Our scope extended beyond the specification of materials and fixtures to include authorship of the architectural layout, floor plan configuration, electrical and lighting strategy, exterior facade, and the layered detailing that shapes the residence as a whole. Each decision was developed in context, aligning structure, systems, and finish selections with the overall design vision.
Rich wood tones, tailored millwork, and sculptural lighting ground the interiors, while stone, plaster, and matte metals introduce depth and contrast. Spaces are composed with restraint and clarity, guided by proportion, light, and material expression. The result is a refined, garden oriented residence that feels contemporary yet grounded, structured yet relaxed, and purposefully built for enduring livability and visual impact.

Our studio directed the complete interior scope, including all material and finish selections, fixtures, millwork direction, furnishings, and layered detailing. We developed the full lighting plan to balance architectural illumination with warmth and atmosphere, integrating recessed, decorative, and accent lighting to emphasize volume, texture, and focal moments.
The result is a calm, contemporary composition where clean lines, natural tones, and tailored lighting create an environment that feels elevated, cohesive, and effortlessly livable.

Soft neutrals, warm woods, and subtle contrast moments were used to give the spaces depth without visual noise, allowing proportion and composition to lead.
